1.The screw is automatically sucked to the suction nozzle, and the screwing module is driven by semi-servo motor to move to the position align to the screw hole where the screwing will take place. The control system activates electric screwdriver and fasten screw to the screw hole. When the electric screwdriver returns to its original position, it is then automatically trigger the suction of next screw, and repeat the same cycle again.
2.Automatic alarm in the event of missing screw, stripped screw and under-tightened screw (not fully screw to the position).
3.All data is PLC controlled, easily adjustable, and can store more than 100 sets of data.
